Not a good fit for taller users. I am 183cm (bang on 6ft) and with the headrest extended all the way up my head rests ontop of the headrest, resting on the upper plastic border. locking mechanism so if a friend leans on the headrest from the back, looking over your shoulder it just collapses. The armrests swing outwards when standing to get out of the chair as their mechanism is just on a swivel bearing and again has no lock. If you push the chair back with your legs and naturally slightly hold on to and pull back on the arm rests they also just collapse. All the current adjustment features rely on your body weight pushing against each piece of the chair while SITTING to stay in place, which in itself is obviously “okay” but the second you go to stand or slightly pull what feels like anywhere ln the chair the moving parts all move.
The arm rest material feels similar to a basketball or the bottom of a shoe. Not comfortable at all and feels coarse and rough. Not to mention like I touched on above they are very loose and I can swivel them side to side with one finger. The also lack any forward/backwards adjustment. So if you wanted to tuck your chair in or out you will either have to lower them and loose their functionally all together or deal with the gap between the armrests and your desk. Again is it a dealbreaker for all… no. But for being advertised as a pro+ ergonomic chair and perfect for all bodies, you would think it would include features found in much cheaper office chairs.
I have attached photos of the plastic frame (yeah it’s mostly plastic, $700 btw) The quality is a joke and can be compared to a backyard cricket set from your sport store. Mold lines are visible, weird cheap rough finish, several scuff marks out of the box, corners are dinted or still have excess plastic.
Really wanted more – Ive been using this chair for nearly 2 years. I honestly dont get it. ergonomics. The seat pad has gone rock hard and i feel like I'm sitting on hard plastic. I cant seem to get the lumbar to work properly (which is not surprising given its the hardest thing to adjust on any known chair). The gas cylinder drops often which i did talk to desky about and they brushed me off.
unfortunately I cant agree with most reviews here. Is it cheaper than an Herman Miller or Steelcase. Yes. But for the price I think its let me down.

Cheap build quality – I bought this product for $699 + shipping(almost $40). But I was highly disappointed to see the build quality as it’s made of cheap material. I doubt it will last longer and for this quality it shouldn’t cost more than $250. The company is known for standing desks but please don’t consider buying ergonomic or other chairs from this company. Maybe consider competitors products. Show details

My Experience with this product thus far – Bought this chair online and without checking it in real life. I get lower back pain every now and then. At first, I thought the chair was ordinary with its ergonomic support. But after trying it for a few long hour days, I ended up cruising through without feeling any pain by the end of the day. I am 179cm tall and everything caters to my needs. Very comfortable for hours of working/gaming, and quality cannot be beaten, really worth the investment in my opnion!

Best ever!!! – I love my set up, my dogs love my set up! It's amazing. I haven't had any backpain since using their Dual ergo sit/stand desk and Pro chair. Miller and offer features that I valued such as arm rest and head rest. It came with three parts which took only about 5 minutes. Cushion is comfortable and adjustable lower back support. In conclusion, I think this is a versatile office chair where you can also use it as entertainment chair (hence the recline, head/arm rest). Good investment since I spent majority of my day sitting in front of my desk. Highly recommended!
