Taste less milk , looks dodgy does not taste like full cream milk. Take a leaf out of the great ocean road milk. Very disappointed will never buy this milk again. Show details

Bad design – The 1lt long life Milk carton is badly designed. When pouring the milk into a jug or bowl the milk splatters everywhere. It only happens with the square carton, not with the rectangle cartoons at all. Show details

Bitter taste – Occasionally you will get one of these devondale long life milks that has a terrible bitter taste and needs to be thrown away,not sure why,it's enough for me not to buy it again for a while

Full cream it's not, more like skim milk – I have been making home Greek yoghurt for the past year using Coles brand full cream milk. I have been trying out different brands. Aldi Devondale long life milk – Great taste , best refrigerated prior to using, use by date 12 months from manufacture

Been drinking it for years – I drink the full cream variety not the low fat or skim which is high in sugar. Take the sugar out and it has no taste. with normal milk. Recently had a series of blood tests and my cholesterol is within the normal range and my sugar count is also ok. All "low fat" or "lite" products are loaded with added sugar because if they weren't then the product would taste plain and bland.

Best milk – Best milk in the market so far. So creamy with excellent taste. Just loving it. But the price of the milk is going up everytime.

hands, I had been buying cheap store brand milks which are all very watery and the tops usually have underneath the screw top a pull tab which always breaks and I was having to use a knife, I first bought Devondale when I noticed it was on special the same price as the Coles brand I know Devondale is Australian and it shocked me as to how much better it actually tasted, when not on special it is not that much dearer than "home brands" and to get a QUALITY product I now ONLY purchase Devondale milk,

Milk is good but seals are rubbish – Every. Single. Time. This milk leaks. You just cant put it on it's side. It's disappointing because the milk itself is good but if you have a full fridge and need to put this on its side, don't bother. You'll wake up to a milk pool in the morning. Show details

The seals on your milk – 4 times it's happened to me now ive tried as hard as i can to open the bloody this and plastic bit just breaks I've had to open with a knife no other milk uses them so its costing you more to put the stupid things on when you already have a sealed lid to take off in the first place anyway so save yourself a million or 2 and just used a normal lid sealed like every other milk.

I love this milk – We were staying in Adina Sydney Hotel and they gave us complimentary Devondale full cream milk. My coffee tasted so good. I love it! Unfortunately, we can't get it here in New Zealand.

My bottles are faulty – The sealing around the opening are all opened every time I pour our milk it leaks I bought 2 boxes of 6 not happy at all

Opened and off! – Contacted them but as shown above have as yet not received any response. At least a Week ago. Opened it and poured into coffee, milk on top of coffee curdled and the taste was awful. It still had over two Months before use by date. Hopefully they will eventually get back to me. Bad is to the response, surely they'd want to see the batch number or similar.

Disgusted. Not happy – I was really pleased to read the blurb this milk is all about Aussie Farmers. (That attracted me to the product). Now I find out all Devondale Products pay for Halal Certification. Unbelievable, I would love you to answer why? I will be actively supporting Boycott Devondale

tastes the same and convenient – I used to drink only normal milk then i tried longlife as i was always discarding some normal milk. Friends say that longlife is disgusting so I did a taste test and couldn't taste any difference. However i worry about co-ops and how individual farmers are treated. driven milk where they rip off farmers in all food types. But in the end make sure u buy Australian grown and packaged.

for complains department and once again another even more rude lady told me that they milk is the best and great quality and is cheap at the same time and I should be great full and hung up on me. C'mon, there is no need to be so arrogant. Anyway they are the worst possible company to deal with I can tell from experience the worst milk there is.

no drips – Do the opposite. Therefore twist carton 180 degree so the spout is furthest away when pouring. That should stop the drips.

The milk is ok but the package is stupid – Who can tell me how to avoid drips when I'm pouring the milk? Everytime i do this, the milk drips everywhere.

mineral (which is totally whack) . Ultimately I decided it was time for him to have big boy's milk aka Cow Milk rather than formula. I switched him straight to Devondale's Long Life milk, the full creamy taste made me gag but DS and DH loved....loved ..loved it !!

Then MIL grilled me on why I give him milk in a box, its not good because apparently (again according to her) it has alot of preservative to keep the milk from going bad..

So bottom line, Little one has been thriving and gaining more weight with Devondale's long life milk. I'd like to think he is walking more because of it :) Convenient, easy to find, Reliable, Baby loves the taste and alot cheaper than Goat Formula Has to be refrigerated after opening but I'm not complaining

Reliable and consistent – While I do not particularly like UHT treated milk, the Devondale product is acceptable. It doesn't have a huge adverse taste. The company is well regarded and one whose products I buy a fair bit. Reliable, creamy. Nothing.

Quantity – I was disgusted to find that in all the time that I have been buying this product I am being ripped off by 1cup per 2lts I have only just started to measure things to what products are ripping us off with and Devondale is one of a few so far it will interesting to see if I get an answer

Excellent – as i am a diabetic i have to use low fat products we use skim milk and buy 5 cartons at a time . it can be stored in your pantry unopened for a long time as the use by dates are a long way ahead. we compared this brand with all the other brands and found devondale had a much better taste and is more versital in cooking etc a than the other… Read more

brands. we live 10 kilometres from a town so in using this product we dont have to pick up milk every day . my grand children drink it by the glass full and really enjoy it I so like the easy pour top as before squeeze out part of the cartoon pourer now it is much more cleaner and easier we have been using this product for 16 years and we are very happy with this product great taste and the easy pour top some dessert recipes it doesnt set well

became violently sick through vomiting and Diarrhea on two separate occasions; it was found that the milk was from the same batch and appeared to be contaminated The total lack of customer service and support when reporting this problem; the problem was reported in November 2010 and we have had no response to the sample results supplied in November; I have recently followed up with Devondale and they had stated they intend not to respond to the contaminated batch sample supplied and what had caused our severe medical problems

The customer service person stated that a senior person would ring us to discuss further and this has not happened to date

Good – My son absolutely adore this one, I am glad I switched from using the normal watery milk that we always get at the chiller at the supermarket. stock up the milk in the pantry and to never worry ever again about running out of milk for the family and my toodler. Price can be quite high sometimes but this can be remedied if you buy in bulk when on specials at the supermarket shelves.
