Useless cartons – When pulling the tab to open smart milk, it is so difficult that 9 out of 10 times the foil is still there. I contacted Devondale ages ago but was ignored. We use 30 to 40 litres at a time, but will now switch to a far more reliable milk from a different company where there is no trouble opening their cartons. Goodbye Devondale. Valmar needs to get more muscle in the little finger for opening the cartons.
The milk is worth it. The long life is very convenient.
