when I finally went to upgrade my 12 year old manual coffee machine I did my research and came up with two options - when I approached Dipacci for a quote the rep gave me his overview and actually recommended another brand for me to check on. That I did and went with his recommendation - the time line and delivery was speedy and professionally handled - some initial problems with the coffee grinder were dealt with easily and now I'm enjoying the new system - so thanks Matt and the team

 Follow-up  · Well after initial uphoria played with grind levels and drip times now not getting same crema d#mn
