Looking for Relief – I purchased this thumb brace after using a Mueller for a week . The Mueller was making my hand ache so I thought I would try a different course of action. My thumb started hurting like crazy after a couple of weeks of using my elliptical trainer. I put it down to grabbing the handles and the pressure placed on that part of the body. This brace, turned out to actually work. It looks cumbersome, but it provides the support where needed unlike the Mueller which was like fitting into a glove. If you can get over the look of the thing than get one because these glove type supports do nothing in my opinion. As far as sizing I went for the s/m and it just fits.
