Dorf Maxum Basin Tap

Stay away from these tap Design – I paid $290 for a set of Dorf Maxum Basin tap about 3 years ago and since then i have been having issues with the plastic insert on the handle that get damaged. The insert is made out of plastic and the little teeth get damaged very easily with rendered the tap useless (very hard to find'@ Reece plumbing only'). I have change almost 5 of these already and when i contacted the manufacturer (multiple calls , emails to GWA group) about their faulty product they keep asking for proof of purchase. I will not recommend their product , stay away. I have remove all the 6 of the tap (shower, basin & bath) from my bathroom because of these issues.
