Dorf Whirl

Beautiful tap - appalling customer service – I will never buy a Dorf product again. We bought a beautiful Whirl basin mixer but the aerator fell out when the plumber installed it. I phoned Customer Service to get a new part sent out and got the royal runaround - told my instant hot water system wasn't suitable for the tap, that my plumber would have taken out the flow regulator to compensate… Read more

(he hadn't), that they wouldn't refund my money for a product that didn't work etc etc. I made a total of 4 calls and finally received the part - of course it worked just fine! So great tap but lousy company - I won't be buying Dorf again!! It looks gorgeous terrible service - created so much angst over sending out a 50cent part!
