My parcel was sent back to dreame because they failed to communicate critical information to courier. Been chasing my refund from them for more than a week now without success. Whats worse is theres no direct line to speak to customer service.
I love my Dreame H16. My floors have never been cleaner. I dont need to vaccum then steam mop. It's so light to push and move around each area. I can clean in 1 hour instead of 3 hours. Emptying and cleaning is very easy. I have 3 dogs and its easy to clean their hair and messes on the tiles.

I am so happy with my Dreame! I used to have a Dyson, and honestly, it is pricey and really didn't do the job. It was also not great to keep clean!
