Great Product – I bought my Eco kettle in Dec. 2008 & it has given me great service & I'm now saddened that my kettle has sprung a leak near the on/off toggle....Never mind ..after 7 years of almost constant use I can say it was well worth the money & I will certainly buy another one if they are still in stock..loved it. very reliable & energy efficient

Love my eco kettle – Have had no problems what so ever with my eco kettle like the last reviewer... maybe a one off problem with their kettle? I find it to be really reliable! Terrible – For paying more than for a normal plastic kettle I expected more and was disappointed. It doesn't successfully achieve what it set out to do. And for a plastic kettle it feels flimsy. disappointed that I bothered to upgrade my kettle to this. I liked the idea of only boiling what you need but being able to fill it up completely in one go. It leaks through from the main chamber into the boiling chamber (sometimes quickly and sometimes overnight) so I end up having to boil the whole lot or throw it out and refill it, thus rendering it's primary selling feature useless.
