Untrustworthy – Ecodry refused to provide us with a tax invoice or receipt for our purchase, which we need for our business accounting purposes, and is a clear breach of law. It is unfortunate they are not willing to comply with the law. Show details

Ordered and offered free shipping. Now want to charge $60! – Ordered and awaiting delivery. Was pleased to buy Australian. Frustrating service – For a company that only delivers their products , their delivery options and shipping information is inaccurate and frustrating to rectify after you have ordered. The customer service on the phone has been inadequate . I don't buy items online for it to be more difficult to organise shipping.

Beats a clotheshorse – Great portable clothesline that even holds sheets. I use this instead of my normal line because I can move it into the sun. Sturdy & Australian made – Very pleased with this well thought out, good looking portable clothesline. line space compared to others. The only thing I don't like is the wheels. Yes, you can wheel the clothesline around on a nice smooth surface when it is light & there is nothing on it, but when there is clothing on it, it is too heavy so the clothesline splays & drags. I was disappointed with this, as I like to move my clothesline around to catch the sun, but the wheels are too small for this purpose. Recommend this clothesline & wouldn't hesitate to buy another.
