I’m very disappointed, my second plate just cracked in half in microwave…..

Would not purchase again – Really disappointed with the quality considering the cost and i purchased 2 sets. I own plenty of ecology products which i love but these I do not. After some use they now have that chalk board sound everytime you use a knife and fork and the plates themselves are now covered in marks from the cutlery.
Great – Great experience. One bowl was broken during delivery but was replaced immediately without fuss. Thx Jhoanna for your prompt response.

Ok but don’t microwave – We purchased two complete dinner sets from the Kitchen Warehouse. Love the look and style but even though they are supposed to be microwave safe we’ve now lost a second item to this process. Very disappointing.
Waste of money – Within a few uses the Ecology Speckle dinner set in colour Milk has become completely unsightly. Every piece has black scratch cutlery marks on it whete the white dimple glaze has come off. This has not been through extended use, but has happened with careful use by adults in the first two or three uses. Very very disappointing. This product is of exceptionally poor quality, and the items affected are dinner plates, side plates, cereal bowls, large bowls and noodle bowls. Edit : Ecology were very quick to respond to me, & have replaced my Speckle with dinner sets of my choice from their range. I chose Malta Sky and it is beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Ecology went above and beyond for me on this issue.
