No parts after 8 years - so your $4000 fridge is now disposable! – We bought an electrolux fridge. No parts available after the fridge is only 8 years old. Don't believe me? See below. Considering they are supposed to last 10-20 years just hope nothing breaks. Have a look an the Amount of “no longer available” Parts in their spares section of their website. The model i bought was Ese7007sc. 80% no longer available.

Electrolux make a Limited number of parts and then that it. Still don’t believe me? Run the risk yourself in 7 years. Never again Electrolux. Never again. Very annoying.

Purchased for $4,000.

Great fridge BUT – This has been a great fridge however we have broken the fridge door bin (bottle shelf in the main door) and despite the fridge only being about 8 years old, can't buy spare parts for it ANYWHERE! For an appliance that cost almost $4000, it's not unreasonable to expect to be able to buy parts for it for at least a good ten years or so. Pretty poor after sales service.

Purchased at Harvey Norman for $3,900.
