It's about the thermostat – Purchased 5 yrs ago 2016, worked for 2 yrs then I used pyrolityc clean for the first time after that the temperature didn't work properly now 5yrs down the track it doesn't work at all, was advised it would be over a $1000 to fix, purchased a problem from the beginning. Cannot recommend this product, would be reluctant to purchase Electrolux at all.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $1,288.

Extreme Disappointment at the Electrolux Brand – Purchased EVEP614BB 13/11/15. Gas Cook top and electric Oven. Knobs are dangerously easily left on. Writing is illegible after cleaning with soft sponge and water. Gas Ignition system failed after a simple 3 years. Oven commenced making a ringing noise with fan force on after 3 years. 3 days after my conceriege extra warranty was expired. A very poor quality product. Worse than this, no joy from either the Good Guys in Bayswater nor the electrolux company. They have all wiped their hands of this product and do not stand by it. the sad part of all this is that I went to the good guys to buy an Italian Brand and was convinced to buy Australian Made. It may as well have come straight off a sweat shop in China for its durability and reliability.
