Oven is OK the clock won’t keep time Electrolux support is the pits – The oven is great except for the faulty clock, it runs fast. There seems to be little support from Electrolux. I called support to see if there is an adjustment or setting but they did not know and offered to send out a tech (at my expense) The tech confirmed, yep it’s faulty and there is no adjustment, he came out without any parts to actually fix the issue.
I asked if this would be covered under the consumer guarantee laws he told me I would have to ring the call centre and confirm it with them.
I rang the call centre again and discovered that the technician would have to visit the second time at my expense and he would have to report it to his technical manager for them to make the decision.
The guy in the cool centre was quite abrupt he was not interested in helping me out or even looking into anything it was close to home time I suspect. In the past Electrolux service has always been awesome although I hadn’t dealt with them For quite a number of years. It seems a brand that I have loved for decades is now one for me to avoid.
The unit is four years old it has been used for two years as the house was empty. As a reasonable consumer I would expect even a cheap clock to last in excess of five years as I’m sure most people would. A product must be durable And suited to purpose.
Electrolux seems to think that they are above the law what a shame.

Not happy at all – Not overly happy with our oven. Two main issues. Firstly food takes for ever to cook. If a product/recipe says it will take 40 minutes it will take 60. Doesn’t matter what we cook it universally takes half as long again. Also the telescopic rails come out every time the oven door is open and yes the oven is mounted level. Internally the oven has lots of wasted space mainly taken up by the shelf supports.
So quite disappointed with this oven.

Excellent oven. Couldn't be happier – After 10 months of daily use I can say that this oven delivers what it promises: build quality, easy of use, consistent cooking, rapid heat function, multiple fan options, pyrolytic cleaning (the reminder "Time To Clean Your Oven" is also very useful). The telescopic runners run very smooth. All in all the results we have achieved with this oven always met our (high) expectations! And last but not least: it's Made in Australia! Highly recommended!
Best Oven Ever – This oven is fantastic and so easy to use, it cooks everything perfectly every time and with a setting for everything you don't have to worry about how to cook anything and the kids use it all the time also but the best thing ever is the self cleaning program works perfectly every time.
