Faulty on installation – Oven was faulty when installed. Could not adjust temperature. Electrolux Customer Care blamed the installer for causing the issue when in fact it was a faulty control panel. Oven was installed 4 weeks after purchase due to Covid restrictions so was not classed as brand new by Electrolux, if it had been installed within 2 weeks, Electrolux would have replaced it including the installation costs. The oven was faulty whether it be installed in 2 week or 4, the outcome is still the same. They were so generous in offering to provide a new oven but I had to cover the installation costs of $220.00 on top of the installation costs I had already paid or I could have the lemon repaired and then if something else went wrong in the warrranty period, they would replace it at their expense. The oven was purchased because it is Australian made, good advertisement for supporting Australian industry. The customer service from Electrolux was disgraceful. Never again will I purchase any of their brands!
Very Intuitive – I love the intuitive controls on this oven. It means no more reaching for the manual to work out which cooking symbol means what! It's so simple my ten year old finds it really easy to work out to use it for cakes and pizzas etc. The oven has lots of racks, runners, trays so you can have various options on which way you would like to sort your oven out.
