Purchased August 2022 however not installed until kitchen renovation complete approximately late November of that year. service fee, however, technician concluded it was a manufacturing fault and could not be fixed. Electrolux offer was for us to pay $1,171 for them to supply and install the same model oven. Still considering this offer, but on 10th March the touch screen has now died which means the oven is now officially UNUSABLE. Life of oven barely 3 years. Warranty is only for 2 years for a reason.
The oven works fine. It is the service that is a problem. The oven started rusting and when I mentioned it to them they said they would replace it. It is now almost 6 months of delaying tactics and it is still not replaced. Show details
Good oven, cooks well – Telescopic rails are flimsy but oven works great. Had a fault just outside warranty but Electrolux were very helpful resolving the issue. Show details
