Terrible don't buy this – Bought this one in 2021 April, and already dead(within 2 years warranty period), rang Electrolux, and it seems they will take 2-3 weeks to fix this thing, imagine a working family with 2 kids not having a washing machine for 3 weeks and having to go coin laundry for washing. I think they should clearly have a deep look at this product and recall it if it is not suitable enough, and have a more efficient system to replace/fix within the warranty period.

Purchased in at appliancesonline for $1,000.

Faulty product – We purchased this washing machine a couple of months ago based on the fact that our old Electrolux lasted 13 years without any issues. However this brand new washing machine started squeezing out water through the outer shell where the dispenser tray sits in after a couple of washings. We contacted HN and were referred to a technician to examine the problem. The technician told my partner the problem was due to the wrong washing powder (foaming too much..)which I found unbelievable. We did all the troubleshooting (without powder) but the leaking didn't stop. I had the technician coming the next day again and after a proper investigation he found out that the shell of the tray was faulty so the rinsing water got sprayed forward instead downwards. Long story short, after a few hiccups we got a new washing machine (same model) replaced by HN and this one was even worse! It was leaking so bad that the water was running out the laundry. We had this machine replaced by a Samsung which works well as we stay away from Electrolux from now on. HN staff was very thorough and forthcoming which was great. I would not recommend this product.

Great little machine – Great machine. Performs well each time. Quiet running. Easy set up of cycle. Great spin. I use mainly two cycles:- - 18 minute cycle for briefly worn clothing - this is easier than the lengthy "vapour fresh" cycle". - 60 minute cycle is great for most washing needs. Good capacity for washing a full set of queen size bed linen ie top sheet, fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases. Top spin of 1200rpm is fine.

Purchased in at The Good Guys for $700.
