the pot to cook pasta, etc. We don't use the oven anymore, it is so terrible. It can't even cook a pizza. We now use an air fryer. We rent this property so we do not have proof of purchase.

Not happy Emilia EMF61MVI – Purchased and installed the oven in September 2013. Initially had to call a servicemen because the pilot light kept going out and the oven would cool down..and not relight... we had to check oven every 20 minutes! Now, 4 years after purchase... it is completely dead. I would expect for $1300 the oven lasts longer than 4 years.

Completely disappointed with this purchase.

I love my new oven – So thrilled to ginally have an oven that works well.. It cooks fantastically and am happy with it's response to lighting.. particularly happy with its thermostat adjustment when it reaches temperature. I can finally cook happily again. surprisingly good for the price we've paid and the machine has been working fine so far. The quality of the food is good and it has stood the test of big gatherings and dinner parties. So far so good.

Emilia EMF61MVI Gas Over with Electric Grill – The Gas oven is great and I've never had any complaints. You need to hold the igniter down while the door is opened to have it light up and it will take a few attempts but once it gets going it works fine. The electric grill function is great too. Rubbish - don't bother buying – I purchased this oven on the 20/10/2016 and it was installed by the company I purchased it from on the 26/10/2016 I rang the company Glem as the oven was extremely hard to start and would switch itself off. after waiting a while they said it was the thermo coupling and this was replaced on 20/12/2016 oven was still really hard to start and… Read more

would sometimes takes 10+ times to start it. Next time we reported it as faulty as we were fed up with it being so hard to start and not getting to the set temperature was in May 2017 they again came out on the 17/5/2017 and said the thermo coupling had burnt out again SECOND TIME IN SIX MONTHS they sent out the repair man again and replaced part on 31/5/2017. I have contacted the company to complain that we are really unhappy with this oven but now they now say it was incorrectly installed so that has now been fixed. But we are still not happy with this oven, it does not perform how it is supposed to so what is the use of it? We have now gone back to the company we bought it from to express our unhappiness with it we don't want it repaired again it has already had the same part replaced twice in six month so are they just going to keep fobbing us off until it is out of warranty. NOT HAPPY GLEM. I no longer have any faith in this oven and want a refund and I will buy something else.

Oven will not cook a roast even after 2 hours on 260 it is still raw on the inside

Oven doesn't have an oven light to let you know when it reaches temperature because - it never reaches temperature!
