Quick and does the job – Initially I couldn't get this product to work and it was destined for the back of the cupboard ...... until I turned the unit upside down and used it that way! Works a treat and gets most hair although can struggle with a coarse hair which I just tweeze afterwards. Would be happy to pay more if it were rechargeable. Quick, easy, small, effective Wheel spins wrong way for use and needs to be held upside down, batteries instead of rechargeable

Waste of money – I can't get it to remove any hairs on upper lip. Have gone back to just using normal tweezers. Don't waste your money on this. Maybe a YouTube video on how to use it would help. Does not hurt as it does not remove any hairs. Do not buy it.

A dud – Did not remove any hairs, but left black marks on my skin wherever I had tried to use it. A waste of time and money, costs. More in postage and time to send it back than it is worth. Doesn't work, left black marks

Very difficult to use on facial hair – I purchased the emjoi diamond to use primarily on my upper lip hair. I've found it very awkward to use and it is very hard to get it on the right angle to pull the hairs out due to the way the head is set up. I would not recommend this product to anyone wanting to use it for this purpose. Hard to use, bad design.

wasted money – I suffer with facial hair so I purchased the emjoi diamond hoping for smooth skin between waxing and if successful to eliminate the need to wax but it didn't remove one hair not even the fine ones around cheeks...although inexpensive I still expected it to perform as advertised given that Emjoi has been around for a long time and has a good name... I liked that it was compact and battery operated didn't remove any hair
