Do not buy this model – As I have full sleeve tattoos, this Emjoi works well for fine hair, but when I use it on my underarms, legs and bikini, I find that it snaps the hair off at the surface. Since using my Emjoi on my bikini, I have had an ongoing problem with ingrown hairs. I've never had this problem before.

We recommend that you hold the skin taut with one hand and gently glide the epilator over the area in a circular motion with the other for the most comfortable results. The difference when doing this is amazing!
At first I found it quite painful but you get use to it and now I don't find it painful at all, I would never go back to shaving. Make sure that your skin is clean and dry. I find a light dusting of baby powder also reduces the pain. Also follow the above post.
