Excellent – The pills absorb water in your stomach and expand to make you feel full without feeling bloated. I find that I can eat less without feeling hungry. I have gone back to the size I was before I started putting on weight in my late 40s. Now I have a pill every day to make sure I don't overeat. I don't have any negative reaction to the pills even though I am very sensitive and allergic to a lot of things. It is easy to swallow and it stops me from overeating. There is nothing I lislike about it.
