how old is my WF -7510 ?

Printer has been working well however now when wanting to print A3 it will not hold the selection and prints A4

Printer has been working well however, now When A3 is selected on printer it will not save A3 selection and only prints A4. Please advise. Sue

i have an error on my printer WF7510 says, printer error , says turn off and back on again, see documents for details. Done this , contacted support. They said move printer head, but cant get into menu or anything else to be able to do anything. Any ideas?

Hey Sylvia, have you tried moving the ink heads back n forth??

I've had this problem before but I managed to turn on and off as you've done.

thanks Lorraine, I have tried that but support said not to force them the only way is via the menu, so still stuck, thanks for help
