Worst freezer ever – Purchased this freezer earlier in the year. We cannot fit basket into top shelf and really cannot get any satisfaction from company. Good for not even 3 years – Similar to other reviews, broke down in similar time, turns on for about 10 seconds then switches off. Such a shame, all those resources to build something that dies so quickly. The thing is otherwise in perfect condition. Won't buy an Esatto ever again, will fork out the extra. Show details

Agree with reviewer below, freezer died after 2 years and 4 months – The Resedentia Group said below that they would help people who were just outside their warranty period and to contact their customer care. So I did and I was informed that 4 months outside warranty was too long. 2 years and 4 months is an incredibly poor life span for a product like this. Show details

I’m very happy with this little freezer – For the most part, I’m very happy with this little freezer. It’s fairly compact - about the size of a bar fridge, and its drawers are very handy compared to shelf freezers because you don’t have to brave the inevitable avalanche when searching for some elusive bag of peas that you know is in there somewhere but is probably right at the very back. … Read more

I’m not a very tall or strong person and I find that I can move it around to where I need it to be with no problems (empty, of course), which is a big plus because I don’t need to call on someone else to help if I ever needed to put it somewhere else.

The only downside is that the wire baskets can mean that smaller things can fall out between the bars when you are rummaging around, but that’s really not a huge deal.

Has Built in Obsolescence – So just over 2 years old and it has died. Lost $$'s of food and now I have to shell out for a new Freezer. Do yourself a favour buy one that has more than one year warranty. This was not that much cheaper than other ones I was looking at, just choose it because I wanted the Stainless Steel Look Finish. Great little freezer – Quiet little freezer that does the job. Freezer elements might be a little fragile, so handle with care when putting wired baskets back. Purchased from Appliances Online - was told it could be delivered on weekends, sadly they had lied though. Be careful buying through them. Overall happy with how quiet and hardworking the freezer is. Show reply
