light 'Full'. I read the manual and it said to empty the water container but this was empty. I checked the filter, hose, plugs etc, no obstructions. The machine is a few days old and just not working. I called Appliances Online and they sent a service request and said the manufacturer would be in contact to come out and repair or issue a return. It has been a week and I haven't heard anything. I called AO this morning again and they said there is nothing I can do but wait until the manufacturer comes out. I have googled this problem and it is a known fault with LOTS of people reporting the same problem with this model machine. The machine does not work/is faulty and I just want to return it and get a refund. It is brand new and should be working, so frustrating!! Stop selling a faulty product!

Concerning – I also have the Esatto ECD7 dryer recently purchased with exactly the same issue as Natalia, the build up of lint behind the condenser inside the machine itself & despite the filter & condenser being continuously emptied the lights display the same lint build up & the machine stops. Ill fitting lint filter - fire hazard – Within a couple of uses I noticed a lot of lint was getting past the lint filter, past the condenser and in to the inside of the machine. I reported this and was told there should be a secondary filter. Was sent a replacement dryer - 3 times! Then they changed their tune and said they made a mistake and these machines don’t need a secondary filter and edited all their correspondence with me on another review! The manufacturer’s engineers do not believe lint making its way into the inside is a fire hazard and are refusing to refund. I wish I read other reviews about all their other machines that have the same issue - one customer had their dryer (vented model) catch fire from this issue. I’m very disappointed in Residentia Group and their lack of quality assurance, customer service and disregard for safely. I have installed a smoke alarm directly above the machine, that’s how much trust I have in it.also, the only way to get dry clothes, even on a small load is to use the ‘extra dry’ setting. All the other settings are useless and leave clothes damp.
