Incompetent, Unprofessional and Rude - No duty of care! – Problem with intercom system for 3 weeks. ESP attended 4 times and intercom still not fixed! Not only are they incompetent but one worker told me to "f***k off" because it was after 5 pm and “he wanted to go home to his wife and kids”. He left without fixing my intercom because he wanted to knock off and go home! Completely unprofessional and rude! Don’t use them, go elsewhere.
