all drain just as fast & we are spending a small fortune on batteries. This is the second eufy c33 we’ve had as first was doing exactly the same. Eufy support is trying to resolve issue with a firmware update but hasn’t resolved the issue. Waiting on their next suggestion but in reality I think we’ll be switching back to original manual door handle/lock & returning to store for a refund. Update; Returned for full refund!

recharge function. It takes 8 x AA batteries and within a year I have had to replace them 4 times, so @ 32 batteries it gets expensive. When I raised this with Eufy they said that we must be using the front door too much..?? Go figure that one. It is a shame that no separate power unit is available..
