Two is enough – We have had 2 in the past 6 years. The first lasted 2 years and our second, which was supplied free of charge, has just failed. While I know nothing lasts a long time now, they should last longer than this. Repair costs are similar to replacement costs so it is not worth repairing. You are then faced with disposing of the old one. I am purchasing… Read more

another wine fridge, different make, so hopefully I will get better value for my money. Unfortunatley I will never buy another Euro wine fridge.

Euro Appliances 165 Bottle Wine Cooler E430WSCS1 – Purchased Nov 2018, kept in garage, has operated perfectly and kept very consistent temp levels in the 2 zones. Seems very quiet though I don't have it in the main house area. Show details ·  1

a week to see if it would either settle down or blow up, but it did neither. I lodged a service request, and the technician agreed that the noise was unusual and excessive. Euro Appliances replaced the fridge, but the new one makes the same noise. At this point, I assume that this is a limitation of the design or manufacturing process, so there's probably not much more can be done for it.

The fridge does its job in keeping wines ready-to-serve, but in the dining room it's noisy enough to disrupt conversation. Over time I have learned to live with it, but I still feel the need to apologise to my guests when they ask about "that noise." Hidden away in a kitchen or wine cellar, it would probably be quite ok, just not right where you're entertaining - but isn't that where you want your ready-to-serve wines?
