Terrible product – This oven comes with house. Just after 3 years it stopped working all of a sudden. I tried to follow the instructions to open the glass door but fails to open it using the instructions given. Show details

HORRID – Can this company just stop making anything please. One of these dismal excuses of an oven was included in our 2016 build home. Id rather a microwave in its place or even an empty space. From the get go issues. Now it doesnt even work after limited time in use. I feel for people these days pay money for something a couple years pass and its obsolete. Do the companies care , nope out of warranty buddy.

Not too bad, but temp gauge needs improvement – I find it very difficult to work out the temperature control trying to figure where 180 deg is. It goes from 150 one side of dial to 200 on direct opposite side Is 180 @6 O’Clock position. Needs more temp markings. Otherwise it’s not too bad. Show details

Excellent Fan forced Oven – Purchased this a few years ago and it's been a brilliant oven. Fan forced cooks evenly, the grill function works well and it's easy to use. The triple glazed door keeps the heat in and is built really solid. Show details ·  1

cheaply made – The function knobs stripped and need to be replaced I was reduced to operating the oven dials with a pair of plyers. Its a pretty poor outcome for a 3 year oven. Show details

Piece of junk – 2 years old. Was cheap, sourced from a tradie mate with supply discounts. Doesn't cook evenly (fan forced) - too hot at the rear, not hot enough front so consequently we have to rotate the food so it's more evenly cooked. Thermostat stopped working properly. temperature knob on/off a few times then check in 5 minutes if the oven has heated.

Won't be buying Euro again, regardless of product as I now associate them with poor quality.

Decent quality economy oven, but short lived – I purchased this replacement oven in 2013. After two years, both front knobs broke and had to be replaced. I only got another three years out of it before the lower, internal heating element failed and it wouldn't cook on fan forced mode. Along the way, it did everything you'd expect from an oven at this price without fuss. . It's a basic, economy level oven with decent build and features, but it's a disposable unit.  Show details

Came With New House – This was not something I decided on, it came with the house when we moved in. Quality is good enough, no problems so far. The weren't any instructions but everything is clearly laid out and makes sense. It cooks well and seem to hold stable temperatures and looks very stylish.My wife loves it, me I don't particularly care so long as it works and it so it does.  Show details

Not Bad – Got this as it was built in to my new home. Cooks well and there are decent functions, fan, grill and roast options - there is no word descriptions on the functions which were annoying at first but you will soon get the hang of it. Comes with 2 racks and a tray  Show details

Oven Burning Laminate On Cupboards – We bought this oven in May 2014. We had no end of trouble with the igniter so eventually Euromaid replaced it with a new one. control knobs get so hot that they can hardly be touched. I contacted Euromaid on August 2017 by email to let them know of the new overheating problem. They responded by advising that "the oven door is to remain closed during use and that the door should not be kept open during grilling." (I don't think we're entirely stupid!!) The email continued, "Sadly, as this oven is 15 months out of warranty, I will be unable to process any claim for you at this time". So now we are left with a dysfunctional oven; burnt surrounding laminates which will need to be repaired.... and a potential fire hazard due to possible spontaneous combustion. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Looks great – Once I became acclimatized, it cooked beautifully, fan forced for even heat distribution loved the stainless steel finish, nice sturdy door hinges compared with the old oven, and double glazed making it more efficient and safer to use, so far it has inspired me to try cooking things I would never have tried before.  Show details

Cooks unevenly and is loud – This was a standard model oven that we chose when building our home. My husband and I find that we have to keep turning pans around in our oven otherwise it cooks food unevenly. After a while of being on it also starts to make a loud rattling sound and then it takes about 30 mins to cool down and that's when we find the noise stops.  Show details

Neat, right price, does the job – I bought this model oven for my investment property. Right price, looks very neat and tenants are very happy with the performance. The main considerations for my purchase decision were the price and appearance and it couldn't be a rubbish brand. Harvey Norman staff member recommended and was quite candid about other mid range ovens. Ticked all the boxes. Happy to recommend this model.  Show details

Service not good – The functional switch has died after 2.5 years. Out of warranty, no replacement. When our electrician went to order the replacement part he was told there had been 7 other cases where that component had to be replaced. That is in the same area. Who knows how many there are in total. To me it sounds like a bad batch. But all Euro says is "sorry, out of warranty"...  Show details

Love it! – Have had this installed for approximately 4 weeks. The oven won't operate unless the timer is on, which for someone like me who is forgetful, that is a great feature. I am not used to having a fan forced oven, but am starting to get used to the improved cooking times. My only issue is the steam that can come whooshing out when I open the door if I am cooking a dish which is quite moist.  Show details

Very good – The oven has worked without a hitch in this past year, basic but very functional. I use it once or twice a week. The globe failed within one week of use, but was replaced for free after sending an email. It was good value, I would buy it again .  Show details

Service excellent! – My oven is 2 years old, plus one month. My timer knob broke. Conctacted Valencia euro, via email, over the weekend. Vincent replied on Monday. Vincent was very efficient at sending me the replacement, received it on the Wednesday and Vincent sent me 3 knobs. Great service! Thank you Vincent.
