Used on 3 different surfaces. Did very well on hybrid floor (with a lot of doggy footprints and drool on it) and the bathroom matt finish tiles. Did ok on the gloss finish flat rubber. arrived with visible scratches and marks, suggesting it had already been used. Unsurprisingly, this replacement part completely broke within the month, leaving me back at square one.

The lack of professionalism throughout the process was frustrating, especially when speaking directly with the companies director. Communication was disorganized, and the company showed no accountability for the faulty product or the poor-quality replacement part they sent. Despite following all warranty procedures, they failed to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

I cannot recommend Euroflex. Their poor product quality, unwillingness to honor their own warranty, and lack of professionalism make them a company I would advise others to avoid.

freshen up As i have a filter on my kitchen tap water filling it up is a breeze and this new one comes with a great little bottle you fill and put upside and squirt the water gently into the filling hole which prevents over filling. I usually find i only have to have to fill it once for a total ciean of my home I also have severe Arthritis and i could not wash my floors without it I am also a asthmatic and love that the machine just uses water plain or filtered but the filtered water prevents calcium build up. I feel i am also helping the environment. The floor pads are easy to change and i usually find two pads sufficient to do my house but i like to use a extra cloth for the bathrooms . My only complaint is the replacement pads are approximately $69 fI rang Harvey Norman and got to speak to a real live person straight away that is worth 10 points in my books I gad tried different shops but got sick of waiting and hearing a automated voices tell me what to do . They were great had what I wanted in stock The price matched and as I was in a huge rush and i am disabled she arranged payment over the phone and send it straight around to the loading dock for me to pick up the lady gave me a code number for the item which i lost but she was smart enough to say if you lose the number tell them your phone number which I did and drove around the back and the kind staff had it ready to go snd carried and put in my car. The new machine also has a longer cord which is great and the extra steam boost is powerful . I would highly recommend this product also when i rang up to register my product for two year warranty they added a further year . Thank you i would give thys product five srars for both service and product . I think there is also a wonderful you tube operating video you can watch .

Not a reliable steam mop – Do not buy. It will fail after 20 times of use.

FANTASTIC – I like it so much that I have purchased another for my son! Additional pads are relatively cheap to purchase online as I have a few times.

Awful thing – Such a piece of crap. The cleaning pad doesn’t stick properly to the bottom of the machine - it keeps flipping up mid mop because it’s lost it’s “stick” and you need to replace them all the time . It costs a fortune. Ok Cleaner. Lacking – The cleaning of floors is ok, better than a typical mop or cheaper spray cleaners. However, things to consider are price, no On/Off switch, no measurements on the boiler or the water filling bottle. Instructions manual lacking clear and complete directions. Best steam mop to date! – We have used several different brands of steam mops in the past on all our tiles floors and weren't happy with them so went back to the "old" way of mopping with a cloth. comes down to that you get what you pay for - sometimes! - not always.

We have a large 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms that is all tiled and use a little less than 2 tanks to clean the floors. It lifts of dirt easily and tiles have never looked cleaner! No elbow grease- just hold and glide when mopping my floors.

Water in the tank takes around 3 minutes to heat up and you cant over fill it if you follow the instructions by filling the measure cup with water. Initially when first used there were streak marks but we worked out it would have been from previous chemicals that have been used on the floor in the past when cleaning, and we went through 2 pads it was that dirty, but after a few times of use, there are no streaks and floor is left dry. Even has a steam booster function for tough spots.

Now, the house is done on just one pad, and it feels great to know the floors are sanitised, especially in the kitchen area where a lot of food prep goes on.

So 6 months in and we are extremely happy with this appliance and strongly recommend this product that has great build quality, features and performance. Although RRP is $399, it can be found cheaper.

Disappointing – Stops producing steam intermittently- plenty of water left in the tank. Attachment for steaming carpets - one of the main reasons for buying - not effective. Carpets just get a bit damp

cleaning as I wanted to really test my new mop and the scrubbing head with the power steam, everything was gone with one stroke, didn't have to repeat a single area once which was so refreshing. I don't have the time for elbow grease when mopping my floors.

I managed to do two bathrooms, foyer, kitchen, lounge, dining, hallways and two toilets on one tank with water left over. The floors dried within a minute a most, cord length is good, I did add a 5m extension cord so I didn't have to change power points constantly and the pad was absolutely FILTHY, but threw it straight in the wash and came out like new.

Next, I'll give the carpeted areas a shot and I'm positive it'll freshen them, kill any bacteria and more.

wash things well.... but I am absolutely blown away with this cleaner. It's easy.... actually quite fun.... the floor literally dries up behind you and IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!! The option to power blast a stream of steam in font of the cleaner meant that even dried on black soil mud simply disappeared into the magical cleaning pad !! Wow!! I am super impressed. The boiler tank only holds 600ml but that was more than enough to do 3 living areas, open kitchen and dining, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a hallway. The only complaint I have...and it really isn't that big of a deal.... is the cord length. But a longer cord would be difficult to store on such a little light cleaner. I simply attached it to an extension cord before I began to save unplugging throughout the house. Truly a helpful little beauty❤
