Where can I get a replacement out glass for the BS7 oven door? Mine has mysteriously smashed overnight. I wok up this morning to find glass all over my kitchen floor!

Is there any way to take the control panel off? One of the knobs has come unscrewed and slipped back inside.

Is there anyway to remove door handle? I need to replace oven door as it smashed, new door dosent come with handle, and I will have to buy another which is quite expensive. Would prefer to remove handle from broken door and re-use of possible?

Hi Holly, Thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. By removing the inner glass you should have access the screws that holds the handle on. Thanks

Thanks, for your reply. No, the inner glass is attached to a frame which covers the screws the frame can't be removed by the looks, unless there is another way?

Apologies as this model has the glass and frame combined. With an allen key you should be able to lossen and unclip the handle from the door. Thanks

Hi we have just moved into a new house and the cooker dial stickers have come off so not sure how to use the oven Is there anywhere I can get replacement stickers from?

after a couple of years the icons on all knob wiped , I can't see any symbols and it's location agains the knob anywhere, the manual has a small picture of symbols but it's unredable as it's too small and shaded . this is rediculos.

This oven was/ is, so unsatisfactory. With the icons being wiped, I can understand your frustration. The dial already had a minimum of icons - indicating temps of 50, 100, 150 etc. It was impossible to be sure of anything in between, so if the temp was supposed to be reduced by say, 10 degrees, I was never sure if the dial was in the right place. It was hopeless - cheap crap! I noticed that their new equivalent model was just the same. We got rid of it.

I am in a rental and have the bs7. All of the control pictures and numbers have rubbed off. Can you please post a clear picture of the oven function knob

The knob only shows every 50degree positions i.e. 50/100/150 etc. Many other issues. Completely useless!! We bought a nearly new oven on Gum Tree and popped the Euromaid under cover in the garage until we leave this rental.

I'm renting a place which has the euromaid 600 mm 7 burner oven,I cooked on the stove top and the pan when hot touched the knobs in front of the stove top it melted the knobs a bit,it wasn't my fault, is that a fault with that product.were can the owner asked me to find out were get new knobs .thanks

Have had installed our BS7 new oven,,,, I find the instruction manual a tad light on information..like,,, initial heating select "static" option?? what is that? I "assumed" it was top/botton heating...(fingers crossed..right??) I read the customers reports and was not happy, I went back and felt the knobs and handle and the were cool, BUT the silver front plate that the knobs are on burn your hand... is this a feature?.... the paperwork with the oven says 71 ltr and the information on your web site says it 81 ltr
