One star, if I could give a minus score it would be around -7!! This product was recommended by a staff member at Harvey Norman, after I was informed that the product (Chef) I was looking to purchase was not available. WORST mistake EVER by me , should have taken my own advice!! This product is (to be frank) a complete piece of junk!!! NOISY - Uneven heating surface - takes it's own time boiling water (even on the highest setting!!). Does NOT cool down as quickly an induction cooktop should. Be very wary regarding this product!!!
UPDATE: As of today (02/05/2026) we have had the service tech out twice to replace circuit boards and the issues keep occurring!! I am now demanding a FULL refund for a very poor product.

AND....!!!! NO further contact from Eurmade !!!!!!! Now it keeps switching itself off!! PATHETIC ....

Further to this (and the end of the saga).a service technician was sent to inspect the cooktop, he lifted it out of situ and commented "faulty installation". However he then proceeded to say that he would order new circuit boards and be back to rectify the problem. Long story short head office decided to do nothing and I am now stuck with a VERY POOR performing cooktop!! The general gist was that there was not enough ventilation even though I had NO issues with the Electrolux induction cooktop it was replacing.. GO FIGURE!! At the end of the day my personal opinion is to avoid ANY products that are manufactured by Glen Dimplex.

Very bad – From day one i have had problem and when i placed the grilling tray that came with to cook on it it cracked the whole thing called custom service only to tell me that the crack was accidentally and not covered and have to pay 600 to replace the glass which wasn’t accidental and basically calling me a liar DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT WORST PRODUCT EVER WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY TERRIBLE

Atrocious. Completely unreliable – Purchased in August 2023. Within 5 months, the cooktop began switching itself off within minutes of turning it on. Contacted Glen Dimplex under warranty and it took over 2 weeks for a technician to inspect. Technician confirmed the cooktop was faulty but advised I had to wait 1 month for spare parts. Dealing with Glen Dimplex and the technicians was incredibly frustrating to say the least. This is without a shadow of a doubt, a product that should not be on the market at all. Blasted Harvey Norman via Facebook for failing to abide by their promise of contacting me within 24 hours (7 days had passed and no response) and then miraculously, less than 1 hour after my Facebook post, the technician advises me the product is beyond repair and offers a store credit. Makes no sense given the technician advised it just needed parts. Never underestimate the power of social media - as long as you tell it how it is and don't exaggerate.

Unhappy with product and services – I bought new euromade imz96 cook top from domayne fyshwick. But the cook top doesn't work well. Sometimes it won't start and some zones doesn't function at all. I went to domayne fyshwick and lodged complaint three weeks ago but no one was contacted me from domayne or euromade to give me the updates. I feel the customer service is very poor. Everytime i call domayne to get an update the staff would say someone will get back you soon. But it never happened.
Over all i am very unhappy about the product and customer service
