Euromaid IMZ64
VerifiedMPN: IMZ641 review
Very disappointed – I’ve had trouble with this since I got it. Not turning on without a thump on occasion then an element stopped working altogether. That was replaced after quite a wait but the need to thump it to get it started increased. Then it started turning itself off multiple times through cooking. All elements. Then I noticed chips on both front corners. As I’ve used ceramic and glass cooktops before I know how sturdy they are so I was surprised at the chips as Im the only person using it. This seems like a quality issue here. So as I reported this all to the service people, they will not allow a technician to look at it until I replace the glass at my own expense of $195. When there’s a possibility the whole unit would need replacing it would seem I am being ripped off here. So I’ve decided to not waste any further money on a dodgy brand and take my $195 and purchase a better quality cooktop altogether. Sorry Euromaid. Either put out better products or get a better service company.
