serviceman in after only 3 month - Incorrect oven temp. Then happened again approx 1 year later! – Really disappointed in this oven. Temp not correct, muffins meant to be cooked within 12-15mins (which I bake regularly), taking 30-40mins. Had serviceman in to fix only 3 months of owning this oven, now having the same issue. Luckily still under warranty but I want a full replacement. Would rather spend a bit extra on a 'good/well known' brand. Show details

Never again – Have tolerated this oven for 3 yrs but no longer. Multiple issues but the worse by far is when you can cook everything and yes even burn whilst the oven is only on 50 degrees. Next would be the puddles of water that end up on floor!! Show details

Buy cheap - get cheap – Bought a 60cm oven and it is /was an annoying disaster. Everytime we had a power failure or brownout it shut down and had to be restarted, and most times wouldn't restart for 24 hours. Oven temperature control was far from accurate. The best part about it was appearance - looked very good. Enjoyed dumping it in a recycle bin today and replacing it with another known brand with very good reviews.  Show details

EVERDURE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY EVER!!! – I bought a new door through Bunnings but they are not the problem. Bunnings have been keeping me updated with the communication of their supplier (Everdure). So i purchased A OBES91 oven door through bunnings and Everdure advised them i will be getting by the end of the week, this was in early-mid June. Since than Everdure keeps giving… Read more

Bunnings the run around. No proper ETA and always different answers. At one stage i called and all i got was "I'm sorry all we know is it is in AUstralia". Well that didn't really help me.

So i put a comment on Facebook and than all they asked is for me to private message them with my email address so they can get someone to get back to me with an answer. Did that and no they didn't get back to me.

Worst communication and company. I thought once they are one of the best but now completely changed my mind.!!! If my oven breaks again ill just buy a new one and it definetly will not be from Everdue!!!

Time will tell – Purchased this from Bunning's about 1 month ago, purchased mostly because of the price @ $293.00 and thought it was a mistake at first. I purchased this as an occasional use oven rather than for daily use as I prefer to use my Breville Smart oven, it looks ok with the black glass front and large handle and to date all controls do what they are… Read more

supposed to. One issue noted when unpacking was with the griller element, during transit the weight of the element caused it and /or the oven wall to bend where it mounts at the back wall meaning it was hanging way too far down, almost half way to the top rack position and although a bit tricky, it was easier to rectify this myself than ask a tech of theirs to. It needs a bracket further towards the front to stop it sagging.

The door is only double glazed, it opens easily and externally it did not get too hot during the initial 45 min full temp burn to remove the oil residue from the elements etc ( you MUST do this before use). It is fan forced and although the fan seems quite small, air can be felt being pushed out of the front door vent so guess it must be doing something. It came with a shallow roasting pan, tray and chrome rack and has 5 rack positions, there is a light which seems adequate also. The manual is a bit hard to read and some pictures of the settings require a magnifying glass to decipher.

I have noticed since purchase that this item has not been restocked so perhaps it is discontinued, it looks ok and given it's price I won't be too upset if it fails in a few years. Being an oven however you would expect to get many years of service out of it so if it does fail early like some reviews suggest then it will be going back to the seller. People forget or don't know their consumer rights well enough, if it only lasted 1-2 years with repeated repair attempts failing then it is clearly not fit for purpose and can be returned to where it was purchased as they are as responsible for the item as much as the manufacturer even if out of warranty. Good looks, works so far, inexpensive griller element poorly attached

Do not purchase. Multiple issues – 1st issue - oven simply stopped working while in the middle of cooking a roast dinner. Took a week for tech to come out then another week or so to replace the faulty switch inside. 2nd issue - Timing dial broken. Timer would tick past zero (by about 10 minutes) then when the oven switched off the light would come on and stay on. Had to… Read more

switch oven off at the mains, as light inside was overheating. At least this time I could use the oven while

3rd issue - Door fell off! Went to open oven door and front glass panel came off in my hands. Looks like glue melted. Another couple of weeks to get a replacement door.

4th issue - Just happened today. Turned on oven to preheat. 5 minutes later smelt burning plastic. Smoke coming out of the gap between oven and cabinet. At least I have a convection microwave to cook my lunch!

This oven is dangerous. Especially with children in the house - imagine if one of them had opened the door and it had fallen on them. And now we are breathing toxic fumes today! Absolutely nothing Multiple issues, from completely not working to a faulty dial, the door falling off and burning plastic components

and it continues – Its now 10 months after i wrote my last review on this "oven" and its died again. its now out of warranty and the following has all happened at once. 1. The fan is making an almighty racket when its turned to "fan forced" so we cant cook on fan forced anymore. This doesnt really matter too much because: 2. The oven doesnt heat up past about… Read more

30 degrees on its normal oven setting. Still not to worry ...we could always just grill all our food...its healthier after all...except...

3. The grill no longer works.

4. The timer works intermittently. Sometimes it stops when it should, sometimes it doesnt move, sometimes it moves but doesnt turn the oven off.

We dont even want to get this fixed anymore because it will cost more than the original retail price once weve added in callout fees ($175 from the official everdure technicians), parts and labour. We have ,however, emailed Everdures customer service dept asking them to fix it at their expense, which i think is only right. Failing that it will get junked and we will get something thats not been made in China. It certainly wont have the Everdure name on it.

As a Brucey bonus it has warped our kitchen cabinet where it leaked through the side of the door when the fan was switched on and has knackered the pedestal below it. Its still black Fan died, timer died, grill died, thermostat died twice, overheat cut out switch died twice, door leaks
