Great fan, excellent customer service – I bought the wall controled version of this fan two weeks ago. The fan is very well made with a very solid mounting bracket and easy to intall (I am an ex. electrition). contacted customer service and a replacement motor was sent to me within a week. The communication with the person at customer service was very quick and efficient. I never had to wait more than 12 hours for a reply to my emails. This is quite unusual, and if you have ever dealt with customer service and warrenty issues of other companies, you probably understand.

A Great Investment! – After much online research, and even though we have ducted air conditioning, we chose the Studio DC on the basis of its low profile, "smart" features and that reviews suggested it was "quiet". made a significant difference to our summer nights. Much less reliance on air-con. 6-speed remote (rarely used anything more than 4) and a very simple Timer that allows us to nominate how many more hours a fan should run for, before turning off. Completely satisfied.
