Don't buy the Pleather – I love the look and comfort of the Tivoli 3 seater with chaise. Unfortunately, because I have pets, I chose the black Pleather material and it is now starting to tear along the stitch line in several places. course, it's out of warranty which is annoying because the first 3 years after purchase it hardly got used. If it was a cloth material I don't think I would be having this issue. Disappointed that Fantastic couldn't help me out. The photos I showed them proved it is still in near new condition *NB Fantastic contacted me and asked for photos which I sent but was given the standard "it's out of warranty" response. Looking at other reviews here it is clear Fantastic is aware of the issue with the pvu material and considering how much we paid for this suite, 2-3 years use is not acceptable. Do Not Buy Tivoli Lounge PU – Purchased this lounge set in PU fabric in beige. Beautiful at first and then started to show signs of tearing at the seams, the puncture holes from the stitching causing the imitation leather to give way. online assistants would say they were “passing on the details” to my local store, or the chat would cut out and start all over. This was in the middle of lockdowns in NSW last year. When I finally got through to the store, they told me the same as everyone else, “sorry it is now out of warranty”. I requested a repair, replacement or refund. They offered a partial refund and removal of my lounge, but that would leave us with no lounge and having lost $600. I have lodged a formal complaint with the ACCC who advised this is in breach of “consumer guarantees for acceptable quality” and that I should lodge a complaint with Fair Trading. I have done so, they also confirmed this is in breach of consumer law. They are currently investigating a resolution and I am now waiting to hear back from their contact with Fantastic Furniture. It has been over 6 months now trying to get a replacement or refund for a product that is FAULTY and INFERIOR. I hope to never purchase at FF again, the after sales support is extremely poor and disinterested, the stores are understaffed and take weeks to respond, and mostly they have no transparency or head office/ senior staff to contact directly for help. In short their resolution procedures and warranty policies are NIL.

The Back Piece does not Lock – Paid for 2 seaterSofas & 3 seater Sofa including Delivery and Assembly on . The Delivery person put it out side the apartment on 20Oct 2021 . There is problem with Grooves of both Sofas and they do not click and for both sofa the Back Piece does not Lock . Worst lounge ever – Purchased this tivoli lounge in the black fake leather. This has to be the worst decision I've made ever. I don't usually write reviews but i want to save someone else from making a really poor decision. I took this lounge to the tip to be destroyed and it still haunts me, literally, my newish washing machine still has remnants of it that continue to soil my clothes! Which is ridiculous, i have done numerous tub cleans to remove this crap. Avoid this lounge at all costs!!!!

A case for the ACCC – As with the below review (Furqan) I have had the same problem with the surface of the Tivoli sofa from Fantastic peeling off. Also the same response "out of warranty cant help sorry". Just proves what a cheap inferior product they sell. Save a bit more and buy from a quality furniture store. Do not waste your hard earned money at Fantastic Furniture – Bought a really expensive complete set of Trivoli Modular Chaise Sofa Set from Fantastic Furniture Auburn with nice and comfy looking black cushions. with them a bit of peeled surface. Raised the matter with the customer service team and the response that I got was the sofa was out of warranty. People thinking about spending big bucks should not head towards Fantastic Furniture as their products are not meant to last long. They will fail you immediately upon completion of warranty period and you will not even get a courtesy phone call from the customer service team to try and understand the issue. Do not waste your money at fantastic furniture. You have been warned!

Not so fantastic- furniture and customer service! – Purchased the Tivoli 3 seater chaise (fabric) in 2017 from FF Maribyrnong. In this time the structure in the arm rest has caved in and the headrest has completely separated from the base, does not sit flush with the rest of the sofa and can be lifted high enough to swing a cat in between. defects are on the other side of the sofa. All house guests are now welcomed to sit at our dining table (not from FF) as our sofa is just an accident waiting to happen! Called the Maribyrnong store to discuss claiming the sofa under warranty as it doesnt meet the Fantastic Quality guarantee, was given an email address to which I still havent received a reply back. I have taken to their Facebook page, their online customer enquiry service and this review page to capture their attention and make sure that I am heard. If all else fails I will be contacting consumer affairs to deal with this matter to ensure the death trap in my loungeroom is either replaced or refunded.
Hm..okay if you rarely sit on it – 3 seater charcoal fabric. Nice to look at. Had to put together ourself. Feet included & backs on separate. Thought the no cushion fall off would be a nice change with a family but the noisy spring the first time my 14 yr old tall son sat on it not great. (In the first week!). something they've dropped or give a hug because they are just rods slotting it in. The back cushions are comfy at first but before too long deteriorated, divots started forming have to lift them so they dont get pulled under backsides when sitting down. One knee in the back part of seat to open a blind damaged another section of spring. Now its pretty crap if you're a mum/lady wanting a nice house. Or just a parent who is 12 months later finishing the zippay payment.
Its still a little comfy. But SO disappointing after buying new lounge finally cant sit down without having to attend to/ makeup for lounge deficits/faults..

Perfect!! – Very comfortable and easy to maintain. I couldn't notice this sofa as more fancy colourful sofas looked attractive at first sight. However, this black sofa looked more classy and considering the budget, it is more than perfect. If you are looking for modern, simple, not cheap material, comfy sofa, this is perfect. with height of 175 enjoys lying on the sofa, saying it is so comfy for him. Hardly wear and easy to maintenance.
