aesthetics of the/my chair and the excellent after sales service, is/are simply the icing on a must-have cake! I hesitated purchasing (too many options- including the cheaper/inferior overseas models/companies) this incredible piece of mechanical engineering/ingenuity initially (& am SO glad now, that I purchased in Australia, thanks to the/their faultless “at-home servicing”), however, I wish I’d purchased it in my early years (to avoid all the pain/suffering I’ve experienced over my entire life, in the first place). I cannot recommend this magnificent piece of therapeutic equipment enough… thank you Feel Good, not just for the ongoing & cost effective “spa treatments” but for, well… changing my life!

Very satisfied with product – We bought this chair a few years ago now and we love it. There are multiple options on strength and speed and programmes. for an alternative, I took the step of purchasing the Oneiro massage chair from Feel Good Massage Chairs. From the first enquiry calling the showroom to discuss the model that would suit the best, right through to speaking numerous times to Alex (the owner) and support staff that helped organise the delivery to a regional area, and even support staff to talk me through putting the chair together (which wasn’t hard at all) which was extremely helpful due to my remote location. All dealings were 100% positive and helpful, this company is in this industry to genuinely give you the best service, genuine advice, never rushing your decision, making sure you get the chair that’s right for your purpose. I’m 6’4, I didn’t have access to visit the showrooms, but with the guidance of the staff and Alex the owner along with the use of the internet we chose the right chair. The product is fantastic, I’ve had it for almost 2 years now and it genuinely works, it outdoes any expectations I had by a long shot. I’m genuinely amazed at the number of different settings, I was on the chair tonight and speaking with my 17 year old son we were discussing how anyone could engineer something so intricate and precise, that actually works your body,spine,hips, calf’s,feet, with rollers while the air compression cushions kneed your arms, shoulders, hands, calves, it absolutely amazing!

If you are considering something like this, firstly don’t doubt how good it can be, it’s amazing, way above my expectations. Secondly I was worried about reliability being in a remote area, but haven’t had a glitch. Thirdly I was worried if spending approximately $8000 was going to actually be of value. I cannot put a price on the relief of intense lower back pain, nerve pain, to the point of heavy painkillers etc etc. I’m in and out of tractors and doing general manual farming work and I can tell you without any questions this product can release muscles and relax my body better than any massage technician I’ve been to, but better than that I can now get that relief while at home, wether it be lunchtime, or after dinner, it’s really helped me smooth out my back problems and cope way better than the last 30 odd years.

This is a genuine review, I hope this helps someone else get pain relief and improve quality of life.

Furthermore my wife will use the chair with the nature music relaxing her when a bit stressed out and it works for her too, just relaxes her.

Great product, great company, value that’s hard to measure.
