Amazing and light weight – I have been using festool for more than 3 years and I think these are the best tools in the market. long lasting, smooth operation and friendly.
T18 Drill replacement – The battery level indicator has now gone, which is a shame as it was very useful, and the general feel of the drill seems less solid. Otherwise it performs really well.
Purchased in for $399.
Good impact driver – I have bought the Festool T 18 Impact Driver to standardise my batteries a bit more. It replaced the top of the range Makita Impact Driver and has almost the same power but has the advantage of having more control at low speeds and the battery seems to have a slightly longer use before charging is necessary.

Loving the new T18 TID combo – I have replaced my regular lineup with the T/TID combo. Paired the combo with the new 18v Li-Ion 4.0 Ah Airstream batteries and I really like the balance. Battery life is noticeably better than before too. Very happy!
