Fibre-Boost Protein Bar

I purchased a box of the Marshmallow Flavoured Protein Bars and unfortunately every bar in the box was compromised. Within 30 minutes of collecting them, I opened the first bar and found it had completely lost its structure. This was not minor “flattening” from warm weather, the coating had melted to the point that it adhered to the wrapper. A portion of each bar remained stuck to the foil and could not be retrieved, meaning the product was incomplete and not fully consumable. I opened multiple bars to confirm, and all were the same.

I contacted customer service and was told this is a “natural process” due to the bars being cold-pressed and free from additives, and that they are safe to consume. While safety is important, that response avoids the real issue, product integrity. Consumers reasonably expect a protein bar to maintain its shape and be fully removable from its packaging.

No replacement, refund, or meaningful solution was offered. The email reply was dismissive and lacked any type of consideration.

Clean ingredients are not an excuse for poor stability or dismissive customer care. Very disappointing experience.

Good Macro protein bar, cold pressed means all the good quality of the protein is well reserved during production. Does not upset my digestion. Clean and short ingredients list. A bit tough of the jaw for those who like soft bar, but some people like to air fry it to soften it I heard, but I like it the way it is. Convenient snack, low calorie while still trying to maintain my daily protein goal. Super incredible variety of flavours to try.
