after using it 4 times, the elbow split. While it worked, the pressure was good and the accessories were good and worked. The most expensive bit of machinery I have ever bought, that was rubbish. Tried everywhere to get a new elbow, but no-one seems to be able to supply one, so the washer is useless. Don't waste your money
Follow-up · The washer had always been stored in the shed. I contacted Firey Red about the plastic or rubber elbow or whatever it was made of and told there was no replacement part available. It was a complete waste of money and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy one because without the elbow it is useless so it goes to landfill.
Possibly the most poorly-designed, cheaply built, under-performing piece of household equipment it has ever been my misfortune to purchase.
How to repair the split in the elbow on the fieryred, They all split!! – For everyone's info pirtek are the specialists when it comes to hi pressure hoses. I took mine in and asked them nicely and they bypassed the elbow and fitted a screw type pressed on fitting to both ends making the cleaner a viable option again! The cost I hear all you asking: $31. and ask if they can do this little job for you! Bigger hoses can be repaired using a field kit but the size hose used on the fieryred is too small for this option and has to be fitted using their press..
plastic elbow splits after 4 hours – garbage same result as everyone else that has bought this the plastic elbow on the hose splits and renders it unusable. If you could buy this part all good, but they say buy another one?? what?? Show details
NOT worth the money – Mine started leaking out of the plastic elbow & it just got to the point where i could NOT use it, trying to talk to someone about a warranty issue was unbelievably hard :( !!! Don't waste you time with buying this !!!! Show details

Waste of money and disappointing – I bought the Fieryred pressure washer in March 20 2021 to clean a patio area (less than 30 sq metres), twice a year. Worked well and initially was very impressed. use, and always careful with the machine when using it. It looks brand new. It now has a split on the inside of the the elbow that feeds the high pressure water into the reel. The machine is now unusable. Cannot get a response from the supplier. Very disappointed. I will be frugal with the next machine I buy, there will be a service agent close by. It may be more expensive to buy initially, but I will be able to obtain spare parts if required.
Poor plastic quality – Machine was leaking only 3-4 times/months of using. It is not the pipe that leaks. It is the little connector on the side of the machine. Simply don’t buy this is my recommendation. Show details
Works great until it doesn't – This small unit packs a great bunch, and can work with a number of attachments. I got a separate attachment end which meant I could quick deattach foam cannon for my car. I got this in July 22 and would use it every 2 weeks to wash the car. would make sure the inlets were detached, washer put to the side so any remaining water could drain out and the hose gun drained too. But even then I noticed the steady build up, but I put that down to Sydney's hard water.
I used it this past weekend and the inlet hose broke, I noticed another reviewer posting the exact same issue. This will have me believe there is a quality issues as mentioned before, I really looked after it.

Amazingly GOOD – Having had several pressure washers including 2 petrol powered (Jet) and and 3 yellow electrical ones over the past years I was worried as when it arrived the parcel was so small and light. was quite surprised when I turned it on using the "lance" as it seemed to have almost the same punch as the very noisy, powerful, heavy Jet pressure washer I had been using over the past couple of years.
I then tried it out with the "Rotary Surface Cleaner" and this blew me away. The image shows what I did in a couple of minutes..... I would have finished the job but my wife likes to do the paths....
