microwave function – We mostly use the microwave function. We find that we have to cook food a lot longer than the recommended times on the packaging, otherwise the centre of the food is still cold. This occurs for most variables of food types. If I use a conventional microwave, the same food types are properly cooked in the time recommended. Other functions seem to work OK. Bit disappointing considering the cost of the unit.
