Oven has broken down on 1st clean - Shocking customer service – We bought the 60CM 11 Function Pyrolytic Companion Oven so we could use the Pyrolytic clean to make this task easy. Small issue: Firstly, be aware that you need to remove all trays and shelves from the oven before completing these cleans. They do not allow shelves to remain in the oven as the clean heats it at a temperature too high which will warp/ruin them. To be honest, the shelves are the worst to clean in an oven and not being able to keep these within, almost makes the Pyrolytic not worth it.

Major issue. After completing our very 1st clean, the oven has locked itself and has overcooked a few internal oven parts. Fisher and Payklel has attended our house after waiting two weeks and have now informed us we will need to wait a further two weeks before the oven will be fixed. This is shocking customer service and I fail to see how any large family can be expected to wait a month to have a brand new oven fixed. Shocking customer service Fisher and Paykel ! I would highly recommend you steer clear of Fisher and Paykle and choose a brand that is more customer focused.

Purchased in at The Good Guys for $1,599.

Beautiful ovens, cook well, until they die – We have two of these ovens as part of a brand new house build. The cooking functions are good, particularly the meat probe and roast functions. They’re fantastic, when they work… 6 months in, oven number 1 randomly died. Fisher and Paykel sent out a repair tech who had to order in the replacement motherboard which took some time, but ultimately repaired it. 6 months later, oven 2 dies under the same circumstances. I’m not sure if this is just a faulty batch of ovens or if this is a model wide issue, but having ovens completely kick the bucket less than 12 months after purchasing them is an utter let down from what is a top of the range model and brand.

Don't buy this brand – I was recommended this oven by a sales person at The Good Guys, but this one is a load of rubbish. If you place 2 items in the oven, only the top item will brown. You are forever moving all the dishes around trying to cook them evenly. Fisher & Paykel, never again.

F&P Bad customer service and under performing oven – I bought the oven June 2019, it was faulty. After waiting 4 weeks it was finally totally replaced for another oven. The oven does not grill well or roast well. I am seeking a refund and try another brand

Purchased in at Harvey Norman.
