Great oven but – Love my new oven. Works beautifully, looks good, but it comes without a grill rack! I have needed to purchase the grill rack separately as it only comes with the grill tray. Very disappointing.

WASTE OF MONEY - ABSOLUTE HEADACHE – After 6 months the oven is broken and unusable. I have been in a 2 month battle with Fisher & Paykel to get it fixed, 2 sets of incorrect parts were sent and 2 months later I am still without a working oven. The customer service or lack of is appalling. The staff blatantly lie and draw out the process until you give up. I will never buy another Fisher & Paykel Appliance again. It is simply not worth the hassle. The 2 year warranty means absolutely nothing. I am now out of pocket for having a broken oven for the last 2 months and there is still no resolution.

Lies, lies and more lies from Fisher & Paykel – I purchased the oven just over 10 days ago as the retailer stated that all the racks and trays could be left in the oven during the self cleaning mode. I found that hard to believe, as the high heat normally discolors chromed trays and racks. The sales person phoned F & P with my questions. The F & P staff member confirmed what the sales person had told me. After having the oven installed I read the user guide, which clearly stated that all racks and trays had to be removed prior to beginning the cleaning cycle. F & P staff are deliberately misleading dealers and giving false answers to technical questions. This very dishonest for a company that USED to have a good reputation. Phoning F & P is impossible, unless one considers a wait time of 40 minutes plus for the customer care line acceptable. It should be an F & P don't care line! F & P have offered new racks that can remain in the oven, but have not responded to my email over whether the changing of racks will affect my warranty, as the oven will no longer be as manufactured. Fisher & Paykel have very suspect staff in their employ who appear to mislead retailers and end users knowingly, to allow them to compete with better made competitors. The will be the last F&P product I purchase, as the company is too difficult to deal with when their staff were the cause of the problem in the first place, through their dishonesty.
