So fast! – I’m not much of a cook but my husband is and he and I are both super impressed with how quick this is. It’s our first time with an induction cooktop, having used both gas and electric and we won’t go back!! It boils 2 cups of water from cold in just over a minute. And as the person who cleans up after dinner, I love how easy it is to clean!! Very happy!

Worst product ever and customer service – Purchased this cooktop brand new from good guys and 6 months later or February 2021 the glass cracked on the rhs upper corner, close to the splash back. Contacted customer service and provided pictures which without even attending came to a conclusion that we have dropped something on it and caused the crack. It is only 2 people in my house and both adults and dropping something on the right hand side upper corner attached to the kitchen tiles it is very unlikely as we do not have anything above the cooktop, no over head cupboards. There is a high chance to damage the cooktop on the area that you working and reach but not where the damage is. I do not care about the $1200 but when I am honest and they trying to screw people over it is unfair. I personally will never purchase or recommend anymore good guys as this is my 2nd cooktop purchased that stops working in a year and Fisher and Paykel was the replacement, also never will purchase anything branded Fisher and Paykel just for the poor quality and poor customer service!

Perfect Size – We recently replaced our kitchen and was looking for a cooktop that would fit seamlessly into our stone bench top. This has no knobs and completely flat and smooth. It is used as extra bench space when needed. Cooks quickly and quietly. We gave up natural gas to change to this and have no regrets.
