Hardly used, broken but just out of warranty - so cranky – I thought this microwave-oven ($2690) was a clever space-saving product, being two-in-one. How I regret buying it! am still waiting for it to be fixed, and very annoyed that it is going to be at least $170 for call-out call and possibly over $500 for parts. I've also had a similar problem with the FP two-zone induction cooktop, but at least that was still under warranty. I was an F&P fan, but no longer.

Warranty problem – This microwave is still under warranty and the internal light globe has blown. It needs a technician to replace it, due to needing to be removed from the housing and cover removed.
