Fisher-Price Little People Launch & Loop Raceway
MPN: GMJ121 review
Such a fun toy. Has kept the kids entertained since the day they got it – If your kids enjoys cars/racing toys but are too young to operate remote controlled ones, this is such a great toy. It's light-weight (so easy to move from room to room), and SO simple to put together (all the pieces have corresponding numbers in case you get confused by the instructions). It has 4 "ways" for the cars to get down - 2 from the "racing starts", 1 "loop-de-loop", and one where you can lift up a little platform in the middle.
It comes with two of the Little People racers, but you don't have to spend money on any more if you don't want to. Most of the Hot Wheels cars (and most other similar-sized but different-branded ones), will go down all of the tracks too (with the exception of some long cars - they can't complete the loop-de-loop).
It has two hand levers so the kids can do it at the same time instead of fighting over who goes first, and the "ready-steady-go" (red-orange-green) lights function teaches them to wait and then move quickly when given the right signal. It also plays a few catchy tunes, as with all the Little People toys.
As a toy I'm sure it won't last forever but this is one of the few toys that the kids (2 & 3 yo) have played with continuously, making up different games around it even if they're not using it specifically for racing.
