After placing the order fitonline emailed to say the item was out of stock and could not gaurantee when it would come back into stock. Fitonline therefore cancelled the order leaving me without the equipment and wafting days for a refund.

We bought a lemon!This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase I bought on line. Our bike has been faulty from the day it arrived in September 2021. We have had the technician out numerous times and the issue has not been resolved. After over 12 months of constant phone calls, waiting for a technician to contact, having to take time off work etc. to meet with them at our house. To date there has been no resolution in sight, so I finally took my complaint to [Name Removed] the Director. The email response I received from him was beyond arrogant, stating there is no fault, the service people are not sending a technician out again, my expectations are too high for an entry level bike and accusing me of suffering from "buyers remorse". I have even tried to cut my losses and sell the bike on marketplace, and each time a potential buyer comes out to look, and test the bike they discover there is on minor resistance, and don't purchase the bike. I paid $617.95 and can't even get $50 for it. I explained to [Name Removed] that I will take this to Office Of Fair Trading as he refuses to resolve this matter, as my request was to be given a refund or a replacement bike. His reply was that he encourages me to make the complaint and sent me the web link to Office Of Fair Trade. I have no idea how this company is still in business with this attitude. The complaint to Office of Fair Trade has now been lodged. I look forward to an outcome!

Good bike, helpful phone supportI wasn't sure which type of bike to buy and spoke to a knowledgeable lady on their 1800 number who gave me lots of good advice. They had a lot of information on their products and the compare function and videos were great in helping me decide what to buy. I ended up buying the Bodyworx TM2500 treadmill and I love it! Good advice. Quality productI bought a Horizon elliptical trainer on 25 October from this site. I chose to buy from them because they had a live chat girl who gave me some really helpful advice, and pointed me at a video they had which really explained all the features. I had used cross trainers at the gym, but had no idea there were so many confusing terms when describing them.
Anyway, the girl helped me do the order, and it came quite quickly. I had to be home to help the driver unload, which was a bit of a downer, but the driver explained it was because the box was so heavy.
Altogether, a good site, easy to navigate, and so far, the trainer is just what I need!
Great service and speedy deliveryReally happy with this website. I watched a video on treadmills which helped me in making a decision. it arrived not long after I had purchased it and the quality of the product is great. Going to come back early next year and purchase a rower.

Shipped much faster than I expected and I was really happy with their online payment system which goes through either PayPal or ANZ Bank.
