Fortia Cloud 9 MKII

Terrible After Sales Service – UPDATE: in the end Mills Brands did post me a replacement airbag, refunded $150 and apologised, which I sincerely appreciate. Once my complaint got through to the right person they were able to do something, but it just shouldn't take so much effort for such a common sense - and more cost effective - resolution. How disappointing. I bought a Fortia Cloud 9 MKii massage chair just weeks ago. Day one of setting it up, I noticed the airbag in the left arm wasn't working, it has a small hole in it. After back and forth, jumping through hoops, sending pics, videos etc. they now want me to return the 110kg chair to Seven Hills - I'm 3 hours west of Sydney. I paid a courier $350 to transport it, and for a simple airbag - a replaceable component that perhaps weighs 100 grams or 0.01% of the total weight, and probably costs 0.01% of the total price - they want me to return the whole chair back at a cost of almost $700 (round trip). This isn't a major fault, I'd understand if the whole chair just didn't function. At most I should have to send the faulty airbag back. It should be a non-issue, simple solution, just send me a replacement airbag. But not for Mytopia and their supplier Mills Brands. This sort of thing tells you all you need to know about them. They don't care about "service." They don't care one iota how much they inconvenience you, or how much they cost you. Once they've sold you a product, they just wave policies at you. Steer clear.
