Disappointed with my Purchase and overall experience – Dealing with the company started Positive, but once the shipment arrived in Australia it was all negative. Missing Components, electrical wiring not to Standards, poor structure quality & Condition. Very Disappointing. During the entire dealing with this Company, I dealt with [Name Removed]. Once I contacted him regarding the issues, he kept on changing his opinion of what was the issue. As I was getting nowhere with [Name Removed], I requested the Name of someone Else I could speak with. To date I have not received any Names. My original dealing with [Name Removed], he would always reply quickly to my Text, now NOT THE CASE. I have also asked for Compensation, for my out of pocked expenses. After asking several times, he said No.

Today I lost power to one section of the Home. An electrician was called, and said the issue was faulty wiring. The wiring was brittle and just broke.

I would definitely not recommend this Company.
