receive this refund also I’ve noticed the payment has now been credited to Foxtel also I don’t believe that this subscription has been cancelled no emails whatsoever from Foxtel stating cancellation absolutely nothing contacting my bank immediately about this issue this is a scam company Foxtel I’m sure of that just read reviews should have done this earlier.

Support person had no idea – Signed up for what we thought was access to sport. Could not get a connection. Support centre indicated that we had no access to Apple TV. The reality was we had basic coverage for $25 per month but if we wanted sport another $28 per month - what $53 per month for 2 sports games a week. The alleged support helper had absolutely no idea on what to say or how to resolve our issue. Maintaining it was the fault of the TV and not being able to access Apple TV. It was categorically proven it was nothing to do with not being able to access Apple TV. Training for support staff would be a help. Will not use Foxtel ever again.

Purchased an IQ4 that doesn't work and installed it – The first Phillipino, out of many non English speakers I got on the system had no real clue what I wanted and told me someone more senior would help me get it going because it was installed correctly. support kid said it wasn't necessary even though I rang to get it done. The lack of viable, realtime service is immensely disappointing.

never had a problem – Never had a problem ( Ok, just one minor problem, the new remote doesn't have a mute button). Couldn't live without it. As good as the big box. I am surprised by all the bad reviews.

Buyer Beware – Absolutely disgusted!! I tried to cancel in my cooling off period via chat, was directed to call, told I could not cancel via phone. I asked for assistance to show me how to cancel during the trial but no assistance was offered I was told I would have to figure it out. 2 months and over $100 later I have now cancelled a service that I did not use.

The app is crap! – We wanted to be cord free for our tv so we decided to pay for the app instead of the box big mistake! We have a hisense tv and every 10 mins we keep getting an error code; PE7001 I got a hold of Foxtel to find out what that code meant to only be told that it doesn’t exists! Unreliable – App always cuts out on computer, keeps logging out on tv and is clunky to use. I share an account with my brother, I’m just going to pay for kayo instead
