sink not something made out of plastic to be broken from pushing into the cut out Dont waste your money on expensive sink that will break before you even use it

hard to remove.
As a result I purchased a plastic bowl to sit inside the sink to try and stop any staining from items left in the sink.
I still battle to keep the sink looking as new.

I am mystified as to how a chip should have happened since I wash in the plastic bowl.
I cannot think of anything that could have caused the chip apart from a knife, but I still can't see how/when.
I still would have expected since we all wash knives in our sinks that the material should be strong enough to withstand a knock from a knife.
I do feel that knowing what I now know I would have chosen the stainless steel over a product that really is not fit for purpose.
